The Germ Killers is helping the Chester County OIC open up to serve the community.
Chester County OIC, like many of the organizations who serve the community, is hoping it can again get back to its mission to helping the people in Chester County. However, they are subject to what we all are experiencing, the pandemic opening timeline. Luckily for us and the region, we are entering a period that will open us all up in various levels and help us get back to a new normal. The question to ask is, what does that new normal look like?
One big question most business face is whether they are ready to open. Is our building safe? Is it clean enough? How do I protect the employees and visitors from germs, viruses that can reside in my place of business?
A friend and former Board Member of Chester County OIC, Guy Dunn, told executive director Joyce Chester he was a part of a company that can help with this problem, The Germ Killers. The Germ Killers provides disinfection and 90 day protection from germs, viruses, mold and mildew on all surfaces. Using water based and non-toxic EPA registered chemicals, The Germ Killers will make sure the facility is not only clean, but germ free for up to 90 days.
The Germ Killers has offered to provide to Chester County OIC a full disinfect and protect servicing at its headquarters. The Germ Killers Chief Operating Office, Guy Dunn said, “ I understand how important Chester County OIC is to the community and I did not want them to have to worry about what many businesses are trying to figure out. I just want to help them get back to helping the people without worrying if their offices are safe.”
Joyce Chester , Executive director of the Chester County OIC, was very appreciative as one of the major concerns regarding opening is being addressed by the surprising gesture. Ms. Chester expressed, “
Once the service is performed Friday. June 26th , the facility will be ready to get back to servicing the people of Chester County with providing training, job readiness and other supports to help get Chester County residents back on their feet, especially as we reemerge from the lockdown imposed as a result of the pandemic.
The Germ Killers is a minority owned business out of Philadelphia. They are a division of Glo-Chem International, a contract manufacturer of environmentally friendly chemicals for over 30 years. The Germ Killers sells EPA registered , non toxic disinfectants and antimicrobial chemicals that kill and protect all surfaces from germs and viruses including Covid19. They also provide the disinfect and 90 day protect system to clean offices, schools, churches, day care centers, cars, buses, gas stations and any other places that have surfaces that can become contaminated with germs.
